Role & Responsibilities
1) Content Management
- Upload content, documents, and links to external websites.
- Build web pages following KPMG design standards.
- Add and update imagery and metadata.
2) Digital Publishing & SEO
- Make bulk content and metadata updates.
- Apply metadata to content assets.
- Work within set SLAs to meet publishing timelines.
3) Web Maintenance & Reporting
- Scan websites for errors or design issues.
- Generate performance metrics and analytics reports.
- Support the digital marketing team with reporting tasks.
4) Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across time zones.
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality service to clients.
- Support content teams across KPMG’s global operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates in any discipline (B.Tech, Commerce, Economics preferred)
- 1–1.5 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or research-based roles
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of CMS, HTML, CSS, SEO, or AEM 6.5 is a plus
- Research skills and understanding of regulatory or risk frameworks are advantageous
