Role: Technical Staff Associate – QPC (Merchandise Petroller)

Responsibilities of the Role
1) Merchandise Quality Monitoring
- Visit assigned merchandise plants for regular production tracking
- Ensure production follows client specifications and Calderys quality norms
- Verify finished items match customer-provided designs and technical drawings
2) Production Oversight
- Monitor daily production schedules and align with promised delivery timelines
- Document any inconsistencies between planned and actual output
- Communicate proactively with plant teams for timely production and dispatch
3) Inspection & Compliance
- Perform quality checks before final product dispatch
- Use inspection tools or standard processes to validate material conditions
- Ensure compliance with Calderys’ product safety and operational guidelines
4) Reporting & Documentation
