Key Responsibilities and Role Objectives
1) Shift Management
- Oversee daily shift operations, including administrative tasks related to associate management
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to associates as per operational needs
- Monitor associate performance with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety
- Track inventory count status and proactively address issues in problem-solving queues
2) Quality Assurance
- Ensure shift quality standards are met and implement corrective action plans as needed
3) Training & Development
- Design and execute training and development plans to enhance associate skills and performance
4) Workplace Audits
- Conduct daily 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) audits to maintain operational excellence
5) Leadership Support
- Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations
