Key Deliverables
1) Insurance Request Analysis
- Review and interpret documents received from customers
- Process insurance requests following standard operating procedures
- Maintain accuracy and compliance during data entry
2) Application Navigation & Data Processing
- Use multiple client applications to process customer information
- Capture and update details accurately in the system
- Follow client guidelines for documentation and communication
3) Query Resolution & Communication
- Address team queries and ensure timely resolution
- Communicate with clients via email for additional information
- Provide clear, concise updates and status reports
4) Team Collaboration & Flexibility
- Support the team during high-volume or critical periods
- Adapt to changing business needs, including relocation if required
- Participate in training and upskilling sessions
Applicant Requirements
- Any graduate (English as a compulsory subject)
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic insurance knowledge is mandatory
- Typing speed of at least 21 WPM
- Willingness to work in full night shift
- Good analytical and communication skills

- CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA based on experience
