Essential Duties
1) Reservation Management & Booking Execution
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of guest reservations.
- Monitor, update, and manage inventory systems to prevent booking conflicts.
- Handle urgent and last-minute bookings efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Strive for flawless fulfillment of all bookings and travel experiences.
2) Guest & Partner Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between guests and supply partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively manage communications related to confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Resolve reservation-related issues with clarity, empathy, and speed.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners by managing expectations and updates professionally.
3) Escalations, Problem-Solving & Process Improvement

- Identify root causes of recurring problems and suggest process improvements.
