Role & Responsibilities
1) Payment Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day business operations with external and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with partner banks, financial institutions, and payment networks

- Analyze payment success rates and operational KPIs
- Provide reports using Excel and assist in SQL queries
