Key Responsibilities
Sales & Onboarding Support

Guide Campus Manager Trainees during onboarding and help set up their business operations.

Train new hires on sales strategies, product knowledge, and business fundamentals.

Provide real-time support and ensure trainees stay on schedule during onboarding.
Communication & Process Management

Act as the first line of support for student entrepreneurs.

Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure a seamless training journey.

Collect and analyze feedback to improve training programs and materials.
Strategic Execution

Brainstorm and share innovative ideas to improve Campus Manager success rates.

Track progress, identify gaps, and provide personalized support to drive sales.

Maintain documentation, trackers, and data-driven performance reports.
