Job Overview

  • Position: Sales Transaction Associate
  • Location: Chennai, India (Work from Office)
  • Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / 3-Year Diploma
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced (6+ months in international sales preferred)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: Rotational shifts (Primarily Night Shifts)
  • Transport: Two-way cab facility (up to 25km radius from the office).

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Transaction Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Customer Interaction & Sales Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for international customers.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, service upgrades, and sales transactions.
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
  • Provide real-time support via calls and chats while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technical & Process Support

  • Address customer queries related to products, services, and technical issues.
  • Ensure seamless communication and resolution of sales-related concerns.

Performance & Business Targets

  • Meet and exceed sales conversion targets and performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • 12th Pass / Any Graduate / 3-Year Diploma from a recognized institution.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to handle real-time voice calls and chats efficiently.
