Stipend: ₹25,000 (Month 1-3), ₹30,000–₹40,000 (From Month 4 based on performance)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for 100–200 travel agents
- Educate agents about TravClan services and grow their transaction volume
- Resolve payment or service-related queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and product teams for smoother processes
- Manage escalations and provide solutions with a customer-first approach
- Conduct online and offline events to strengthen agent community
