Salary: ₹28,000 per month (₹22,000 in-hand for freshers)

Shifts: Rotational with 5 working days per week

Job Role and Responsibilities
1) Customer Support via Chat
- Respond to customer queries through live chat for international clients
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to services or products
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient support
2) Upselling Products or Services
- Understand customer requirements and offer relevant product recommendations
- Convert inquiries into upsell opportunities through non-voice channels
3) Operational Compliance
- Follow internal SOPs, chat quality standards, and performance targets
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data policies

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate
- No stream restrictions; candidates from any discipline may apply
Experience
- 0 to 4 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or non-voice roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
