- New Users: Click ‘Register Now,’ select ‘IT,’ complete the form, submit, and proceed with the application.
- Choose Your Test Center – Under the ‘In-centre’ mode, select your preferred location.
- Verify Application Status – Navigate to ‘Track Your Application’ and ensure it displays ‘Applied for Drive.’
Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements
- Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
- Eligible Courses:
- MBA in Human Resource / Masters in Human Resource Management
- MA in Human Resource / MSW in HRM / MMS in HR Management
- Masters of Labour Studies (HRM, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Labour Law)
- PG Diploma or PG Program in HR Management
Additional Eligibility Criteria
- No active backlogs, arrears, or ATKT. Extended education is not permitted.
- Education Gap: Maximum of 24 months, with valid documentation.
- Course Type: Only full-time courses accepted (part-time/correspondence are not eligible).
- NIOS Candidates: Eligible if both graduation and post-graduation are full-time.
- Work Experience: Up to 2 years (must be declared and documented).
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.
Selection Process & Test Details
- Mode: In-person at designated TCS test centers.
- Test Pattern: 90-minute HR Subject Test.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
