Key Responsibilities
- Respond to HR-related customer requests and inquiries via designated communication platforms
- Track requests using internal tools and escalate to appropriate departments when needed
- Maintain employee and organizational records in the HR system of record
- Implement and monitor HR services and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Perform user acceptance testing for HR systems, tools, and macros
- Lead and support HR projects to enhance team efficiency and process accuracy
- Administer HR transactions across the employee lifecycle: insurance updates, separations, data verifications, onboarding, and more
- Coordinate position management and non-employee worker onboarding
- Manage billing processes for benefits, background checks, work verifications, etc.
