As a Process Developer – Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs focused on quality control and assurance. Job Role & Responsibilities
1) Training Needs Identification
- Collaborate with Quality and Operational teams to assess training requirements
- Identify knowledge gaps through needs assessments and performance data

2) Curriculum Development
- Create dynamic training content such as manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and case studies
