Role & Responsibilities
1) Dealer Relationship Management
- Regularly visit dealers to support their sales efforts
- Resolve queries and provide after-sales service
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
2) Market Expansion & Development
- Explore and open new dealer counters in the territory
- Organize product awareness campaigns and promotional events
- Provide insights on competitor strategies and pricing
3) Business Planning & Execution
- Achieve volume and value targets for the assigned territory
- Ensure growth of core and new product lines
- Monitor monthly sales plans and work towards closing gaps
4) Contractor & Customer Engagement
- Drive contractor loyalty programs

- Address customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
