Role & Responsibilities

1) Pre-Settlement & Document Processing

  • Perform pre-checks, verify documents, and prepare draw requests.
  • Handle tasks related to the resolution of customer requests in the Homeowners domain.

2) Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution

  • Handle email/call queries professionally.
  • Maintain communication with customers and internal teams for resolution tracking.

3) Data Management & Workflow

  • Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and maintain progress records.
  • Ensure accurate, timely processing of events and documents.

4) Collaboration & Escalation

  • Collaborate with ANZ staff and escalate complex issues to the Manager.
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.
