About the Role
As an Operations Intern, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for students and property partners. You’ll be responsible for driving conversions, resolving queries, managing CRM data, and helping ensure that every student has a smooth accommodation booking experience. The internship will last for 6 months and may lead to a full-time opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
1) Student Support & Communication
- Communicate directly with students worldwide and assist with their housing requirements
- Understand student preferences and recommend suitable accommodations near their universities
- Guide students through every step of the booking process
2) Sales & Lead Management
- Follow up on student leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Ensure timely communication to maximize conversions
- Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets and performance benchmarks
3) CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized lead data using CRM tools
- Track booking status and report progress to the operations manager
- Suggest process improvements for better data management and efficiency
4) Partner Coordination
- Work with accommodation partners to confirm bookings and resolve any issues
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with property managers across regions
- Assist with post-booking support and documentation
