Key Responsibilities
1) Freight & Network Operations
- Monitor and manage transportation execution across Amazon’s supply chain
- Handle the timely pickup and delivery of goods between vendors, fulfillment centers, and carrier hubs
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as CS, LM, MM, FCs, and Transportation Programs
2) Problem Solving & Communication
- Investigate and resolve exceptions in transportation execution
- Provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders on delivery performance
- Ensure effective written and verbal communication across global teams
3) Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze historical trends and identify process gaps
- Work on Excel sheets and reporting tools to generate operational insights
- Propose and help implement automation or SOP changes based on data
